The Day I turned Blind Vol.II

Life has a mysterious & unique way of revealing itself to us, no body can claim to have the same experiences as others. As I turned my focus from being a victim to a victor, my questions started shifting and the answers I received as a result startled me. I realized our brain is a more powerful search Engine than Google.

You will get what you ask, if you ask why am I so stupid? it will come up with a number of answers or if you ask why am I so unique? it will also bring a lot of search results. It is like what you put in is what you get. I started putting in more empowering questions and received empowering answers as a result.

I realized that there is even a harsher and darker blindness in our lives, even though we are able to see physically but we are not able to comprehend. I realized blindness is not as much about not being able to see but not being able to feel and harmonize, not being able to realize our inner calling, not being able to sympathise with others.

In many ways all of us are blind, we get blinded by our own selfish interests every moment that no longer we enjoy the God given gifts. We no longer enjoy the fresh air or the morning sun shine; we no longer pursue our dreams or inner calling, we no longer enjoy the walk in the beach on a full moon night and above all we are not interested to give a helping hand to others in distress.

So is it not the time for us to remove the inner blindness which keeps of trapped in our mundane day to day existence? I realized this and decided that no matter whether I gain the physical eye sight after my operation I will not let the inner blindness darken my life.

“A man with sight but no insight is far worse than a man without sight but with insight.”

  1. Very nice post. I just stumbled upon your weblog and wanted to say that I’ve truly enjoyed surfing around your blog posts. In any case I will be subscribing to your feed and I hope you write again soon!

      • Good luck getting pelope behind this one. Though you make some VERY fascinating points, youre going to have to do more than bring up a few things that may be different than what weve already heard. What are trying to say here? What do you want us to think? It seems like you cant really get behind a unique thought. Anyway, thats just my opinion.

      • Posted on Nice job with the template. My pnaeosrl one was quite a bit more difficult, well tedious. How tough would it be on your template to accept a taller profile pic?
